Data Management

Define the data models for each module, specifying the types of data stored, relationships between entities, and data validation rules. The current Database of the software is very badly configured with junk tables, unused fields, no proper relationships between the tables, no proper use of naming conventions etc.

The current database has 101 tables & only 1 view. The database size is more than 700 MB and is very heavy to load.

Additionally, when we will have the new ERP, it will have much more features and functionality. Hence, we will have to use a proper data structure methodology to ensure we have proper structuring of databases for easy access, quick loading and accuracy.
